Available for the GTA and select surrounding areas by Mile1 (highly recommended for orders containing plants)

Returns & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by making a cancellation request via email: hellosoqi@gmail.com
• No exchanges or refunds on items and plants that have been shipped or delivered
• Items damaged in shipping can be exchanged for the same item only. Does not apply on orders containing plants. Does not apply on stolen packages

Refused delivery / Returned Packages

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error on your order.
• Re-shipment option: Package will re-ship after a shipping fee for re-shipment is paid in full.
